Flirty flower bangles

Wire teardrop beads in happy-go-lucky bracelets

Bangles are so easy to wear, and I wanted to experiment with an equally simple way of decorating them. The ethereal colors work nicely together and can be worn with anything! I also like the contrast of hard (bangle) and soft (ribbon) textures in these wrist corsages.

  • 10 8 mm glass teardrop beads, top drilled

For flowers with a bit of an edge, add lots of wraps for substance.

Tidy wraps
When you wrap the wire around pairs of beads, you’ll likely end up with a neat appearance from the front. I actually prefer the back view; it’s more fun and asymmetrical. The choice is yours.
