If you’re a jewelry-making instructor, here’s an important date to remember: Aug. 12, 2016. That’s your deadline for applying to teach at the 2017 Bead & Button Show in Milwaukee, WI.

The show is one of the world’s largest gatherings of beaders and jewelry makers. It attracts people from all 50 states and 20 countries who are eager to make beautiful jewelry and learn new skills and techniques. Next year’s show is June 4 to 11.

Show organizers are looking for qualified instructors to teach a wide range of jewelry-making techniques and projects: bead embroidery, bead stitching, metalwork, metal clay, polymer clay, fiber, chain mail, lampworking and more.

"Being a Bead&Button Show instructor is energizing both personally and professionally," said Show Director Sara Dumford. "We hear time and again that it leads to both lasting business opportunities and lasting friendships."

Dumford and her team will be looking for instructors who can demonstrate an expert mastery of their technique, exceptional creativity, and a passion for mentoring and teaching. For full details and application instructions, visit www.beadandbuttonshow.com

The Bead&Button Show is produced by Kalmbach Publishing Co. of Waukesha, WI, which publishes FacetJewelry.com and Bead&Button magazine.
