How to straighten square wire
The straighter the square wire is, the easier it is to work with and the easier it will be to assemble your bracelet.
To make an inexpensive tool to help you straighten and polish the square wire, cut a 3-in. (76 mm) piece of a 1⁄2-in. (13 mm)-diameter wooden dowel. Glue a piece of felt around one end, and allow the glue to dry.
Hold the wire against the dowel with your thumb, and gently stroke the wire in the opposite direction of its curve until the wire is straight.
